Itinerary

DAY 1 ARRIVAL MEDELLIN (-)
Transfer from José Maria Córdova airport to the city of Medellin. Free time to acclimatize and relax.
DAY 2 MEDELLIN CITY TOUR (BL)
Medellín, often referred to as the "City of Eternal Spring," has become the most innovative city in Latin America. On this full-day tour, you'll discover the vibrant soul of Medellín, including iconic Plaza Botero, a ride on the Metro Cable, Comuna 13 urban art, and the historic city center.
DAY 3 MEDELLIN – SANTA ELENA FLOWERS (B)
The charming village of Santa Elena is located in the mountains of Antioquia, and is renowned for its rich tradition of flower farming. You will visit an organic flower farm, where you will meet a traditional "Silletero" (flower arranger) and learn about the history and techniques behind these beautiful creations. There are also breathtaking views of Medellín Valley to enjoy.
DAY 4 TRANSFER TO COFFEE REGION (B)
Transfer out to José Maria Córdova airport in Medellin for your flight to Armenia, in the heart of the coffee triangle. Pickup on arrival and transfer to your hotel. Free time.
DAY 5 COFFEE TRIANGLE – QUINDIO (BL)
A morning excursion to Quindío Botanical Garden & environmental research center for an introduction to the incredible biodiversity of this region. In the afternoon, enjoy an interactive, educational tour at a traditional coffee farm, and learn how to prepare the perfect cup of freshly brewed coffee.
DAY 6 COFFEE TRIANGLE – SALENTO & COCORA VALLEY (BL)
At Salento town we’ll see colorful colonial houses, vibrant craft workshops, and balconies full of flowers. Your adventure continues with a hike through the stunning Cocora Valley, home to Colombia’s national tree, the Wax Palm, reaching up to 70 meters in height.
DAY 7 COFFEE TRIANGLE - FILANDIA (B)
Our day begins early for a forest hike with birdwatching to observe a wide variety of birds, flowers, native plants, and the striking howler monkey. Afterwards, we’ll visit Filandia Village, a small coffee town full loaded with charm and color, considered to be the prettiest of this region.
DAY 8 TRANSFER OUT (B)
A private transfer to Armenia airport for your flight out.
