GALAPAGOS TRAVEL TIPS

COME PREPARED WITH $$$ CASH The towns in Galapagos are small so there are a limited number ATM options, particularly on Isabela Island. So we recommend that you travel with plenty of cash to cover your daily expenses. Most major shops should accept credit cards, but this is not guaranteed. Also don’t forget that the National Park entry fee must be paid in cash when you arrive. GALAPAGOS BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE Most Galapagos flights allow 1-piece check-in luggage up to 20 kg (44lb), and 1 carry-on up to 7 kg (15lb). This may vary so you should check directly with your airline before you travel to avoid any potential inconvenience.
